Customers are encouraged to confirm important specifications before placing large or sensitive orders.

Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order or enquiry through Golden Hammer does not always guarantee immediate fulfilment. Some orders may require supplier confirmation, delivery confirmation, payment confirmation, and review of site access before processing. Golden Hammer may contact the customer to confirm order details before fulfilment.

Delivery

Payments

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
