HAMMERBUILDING CONNECTIONS

For suppliers

Bring your business.
Build new connections.

Hammer is a construction marketplace connecting procurement needs with supplier businesses. Join our onboarding process and help shape a better way to source materials.

Be discoverable

Present your business and the categories you supply to buyers planning construction projects.

Make details clearer

Bring product information, quantity requirements and dispatch arrangements into a structured process.

Stay in control

Registration starts a review. It does not create stock, publish products or commit you to an order.

A manageable start

Join in a few stages.

Create your account, then complete your business profile. You can return to your account as your application progresses.

Have your business name, contact details, business type and product categories ready. Hammer may request relevant business or tax evidence during review.

  1. Create and verify your account

Use your own email address and secure account credentials.

  2. Introduce your business

Complete the existing onboarding sections and review your information before submitting it.

  3. Submit for Hammer review

Your application remains pending until an authorised Hammer administrator reviews it.

  4. Prepare for trading after approval

Add real dispatch origins in your supplier workspace. Hammer must confirm each origin before it can support products or delivery operations.

Before you join

Does registration guarantee approval or sales?

No. Hammer reviews supplier applications and relevant operational information. Joining does not guarantee approval, orders or sales.

How are products listed?

Hammer staff map approved supplier and dispatch information to catalogue products, then validate selling units, quantities, pricing and delivery requirements before ordering is enabled.

Can I have more than one dispatch location?

Yes. Each real warehouse, branch, factory or yard is managed separately. Every ordered line must resolve to one confirmed dispatch origin.

How do payment and settlement work?

The launch model uses manual M-Pesa or Bank Transfer with authorised Hammer verification. A submitted payment reference is not a verified payment. Supplier settlement remains a separate manual process. Production receiving methods are not yet enabled.

How is my information used?

We use account and business information for identity checks, onboarding, supplier review and marketplace operations. Read the Privacy Policy and supplier terms before submitting.
