This customer guide summarises the process. The detailed Delivery Information and Refund & Returns Policy pages are authoritative and require final legal review before unrestricted public launch.

Before payment

Golden Hammer may need to confirm supplier availability, dispatch origin, product details, delivery legs, site access and pricing. An order may contain separate delivery legs for different suppliers or origins.

After verified payment

Suppliers are released only after the relevant customer payment has been verified. Each delivery leg then retains its own preparation, assignment, pickup and completion records.

At receipt

Check visible condition and quantity where practical. Pickup proof and delivery-completion proof are separate. Record any exception promptly.

If there is a problem

Keep the goods and packaging available for review, preserve reasonable evidence, and contact Golden Hammer with the order and affected delivery-leg details. Do not arrange an unauthorised return.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility depends on the product, condition, evidence, supplier position, delivery stage and applicable law. Refunds and reversals are reviewed and are not automatically issued.
