Supplier onboarding and review

Supplier businesses apply and provide information for review. Approval may be limited, suspended or withdrawn. A catalogue reference does not mean that a supplier, product or offer has already been approved.

Confirmed order information

The marketplace distinguishes discovery information from confirmed product, quantity, unit, supplier, price, dispatch-origin and delivery details.

Payment verification

Screenshots and messages are not proof of cleared funds. Golden Hammer verifies payment through its authorised process before the relevant supplier is released.

Supplier release after verified payment

Suppliers remain blocked until customer payment is verified. This reduces the risk of preparation or handover against an unverified payment claim.

Delivery-leg records

Different dispatch origins create separate delivery legs by default. Each leg retains its own assignment, instructions, milestones and audit history.

Pickup and delivery evidence

Pickup evidence is tied to the leg, origin, assignment and time. Delivery-completion evidence is recorded separately at the destination.

Complaint and dispute records

Golden Hammer may review order, payment, communication and delivery evidence when handling a complaint. Users should report issues promptly and preserve reasonable evidence.

Refund eligibility

Any replacement, return, refund or other remedy depends on the applicable policy, evidence, product, supplier and law. No universal refund is promised.

Limits of marketplace protection

Golden Hammer cannot eliminate construction, supplier, route, site-access or user risks. Users remain responsible for accurate information, safe site access, appropriate product selection and protecting credentials. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
