Track and understand your order
Golden Hammer does not claim a public anonymous tracking lookup. Sign in and use View My Orders for authenticated order information, or contact support with the order reference.
Customer-facing stages
- Order received — Golden Hammer has recorded the request.
- Details under review — Product, quantity, supplier, price, origin or delivery information is being checked.
- Awaiting payment — An authorised payment request or instruction is pending.
- Payment under verification — A reported payment is being checked; suppliers remain blocked.
- Supplier released — The relevant payment has been verified and the supplier has been authorised to proceed.
- Preparing for fulfilment — Confirmed goods are being prepared for the assigned origin and delivery leg.
- Delivery arranged — The delivery-leg assignment and practical details are being coordinated.
- Dispatched — Goods for the relevant leg have left the confirmed origin.
- Delivered — Delivery-completion evidence has been recorded for the relevant leg.
- On hold — Progress is paused pending information, review or another required action.
- Cancelled — The applicable order or line has been cancelled through the authorised process.
These are customer-facing explanations. They do not replace or rewrite underlying operational status records. One order can contain several delivery legs that progress separately.
Nominated-payer review
Where a payer is nominated, the payer may review lines individually. Any permitted payer-side quantity or cart changes return to the original requester for confirmation before payment.
